Christopher Graff
Chris has been a licensed insurance agent in the state of Ohio for over 20 years. As a result, he has a vast knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically in home, auto, and business insurance. Additionally, a native of Poland, Ohio, he is determined to provide the best insurance solutions in the area and better serve his hometown. A graduate of Poland Seminary High School and Youngstown State, Chris resides in Poland with his wife and serves the village as a councilman.

Shelly Durbin
Since 2006, Shelly continues to have a vast knowledge of quoting, selling and handling insurance claims. In addition, she prioritizes establishing relationships with clients to understand all of their insurance needs to serve them best. A graduate of Struthers High School and Youngstown State, she resides in Lowellville with her husband, Dave, and son David.

David Durbin
David became licensed in the fall of 2021 after graduating from Westminster College summa cum laude with a degree in business administration. He assists the agency as a producer and marketer. He currently resides in Lowellville.
